We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to design, develop, and enhance Oracle Fusion applications, reports, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OTBI / BIP reporting, Redwood UX customizations via VBCS, workflow and notification configurations, and OIC-based integrations, combined with a strong understanding of functional business processes and underlying data models for Finance, Procurement, and / or HCM.
Preference will be given to resource with experience of Fusion extensions / custom development experience.
Key Responsibilities :
o Design, develop, and optimize OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
o Create Infolets and Dashboards tailored to business needs.
o Utilize Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to modify or extend Redwood interface pages.
o Deliver user-friendly, responsive, and accessible UI enhancements.
o Configure and customize seeded workflows to meet business process requirements.
o Develop and manage custom workflows and approval hierarchies.
o Customize seeded notifications and develop new notification templates.
o Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
o Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing integrations with external systems.
o Create and manage alerts and scheduled jobs for proactive system monitoring.
o Understand functional design, business flows, and process configurations for Finance, Procurement, or HCM modules.
o Navigate and analyze Oracle Fusion data models and table structures for these modules.
Collaboration & Support
o Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
o Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.
