Agentic AI Engineer

4–6 years of experience in AI / ML or backend engineering , including at least 2 years building GenAI or Agentic AI solutions.

Strong command of Python 3.11+ — including asyncio, typing, packaging, pytest, and profiling.

Hands-on experience with LangGraph or LangChain for orchestration, reasoning, and memory.

Proven experience designing RAG pipelines using vector stores such as OpenSearch , pgvector , or Pinecone .

Proficiency with key AWS components — EKS, S3, RDS, ElastiCache, SNS / SQS, API Gateway, and Secrets Manager.

Experience in service instrumentation and monitoring using Datadog , CloudWatch , and OpenTelemetry .

Strong grounding in security , rate limiting , circuit breakers , and resilient service design.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to produce clear documentation, flow diagrams, and code reviews.

Good to Have

Familiarity with multi-agent collaboration patterns — coordinator / worker, task decomposition, human-in-the-loop.

Experience in AI evaluation frameworks — regression suites, hallucination detection, grounding and recall scoring.

Exposure to AWS Bedrock , LLM evaluation pipelines (phoenix / arize, promptfoo), or guardrail frameworks.

Understanding of chat-based or streaming agent UIs integrated with reasoning traces.

Exposure to DevOps workflows — Docker, CI / CD usage, environment promotion, and release versioning.
