Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UI / UX Creative Designer. The UI / UX Creative Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing visually compelling and user-friendly design solutions for our platform. Day-to-day tasks include developing wireframes and prototypes, crafting intuitive user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that designs align with brand guidelines and user needs. The designer will also be involved in evaluating user feedback and making data-driven design decisions.

Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications — from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes.

Create clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand identity.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design solutions.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.

Stay updated with current design trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools / technologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

3+ years of hands-on experience in UI / UX design or Product Design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful web and mobile app designs.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and design systems.

Experience working with developers and understanding of basic front-end capabilities (HTML / CSS knowledge is a plus).

Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving ability.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have :

Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.

Knowledge of UX research, A / B testing, or user analytics tools.

Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced creative environment.
