Role Description

We’re looking for a Co-Founder – TravelTech to join us in redefining the travel and hospitality experience in India.

As a Co-Founder, you’ll work closely with the founding team to :

Lead strategic initiatives and help shape the company’s long-term vision
Develop and execute business plans and operational strategies
Oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance offerings
Use technology to improve customer experiences
Drive sales, marketing, and partnerships to grow our market presence

This role is ideal for someone who is excited about building from the ground up, has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and is eager to take ownership in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and research capabilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales abilities

Proficiency in marketing techniques and strategies

Leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively with teams and partners

Experience with technology integration in travel or hospitality is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
