The role involves designing interior spaces, creating professional-quality 2D and 3D visualizations, and collaborating with clients and team members. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, developing construction and design drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring the realization of high-quality design projects. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to completion with innovative solutions tailored to client needs.QualificationsProficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design principlesExperience with Architecture and Construction DrawingsKnowledge and expertise in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and specificationsStrong technical skills in design software (e.G., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) and 3D visualizationsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldRelevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry
