Job Purpose :
Responsible for driving export sales growth of yarn products by developing and implementing export sales strategies, identifying new international market opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with export regulations and documentation.
Roles And Responsibilities :
Develop and execute export sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with international buyers and distributors.
Conduct market research to explore new export markets and understand competitor activities.
Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with overseas clients.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of yarn orders.
Ensure all export documentation and regulatory compliance are accurately managed.
Monitor export sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Stay updated on global market trends related to yarn and textile products.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
5 to 6 years of export sales experience in the yarn or textile industry.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance.
Proven track record of achieving export sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Proficiency in foreign languages is an advantage.
