India's leading private sector life insurance company is hiring Relationship Managers in multiple locations across Telangana to drive business through the bancassurance channel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leads will be provided from the assigned bank branches.
- Direct selling of various financial and life insurance products to existing bank customers.
- Explore customers' financial needs in life-related investments and insurance, and recommend appropriate products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote business development.
- Accurately complete sales documentation and ensure smooth policy issuance.
- Acquire new customers by leveraging :
- The bank's database
- Walk-ins at the branch
- Self-generated prospects
- Facilitate completion of medical reports and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Explore opportunities to develop new segments / markets in alignment with the company's growth strategy.
- Support fellow Relationship Managers and bank sales staff through :
- Product knowledge coaching
- Sales process support
- Joint customer visits
- Demonstrating effective sales behavior
Required Candidate Profile :
Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales (any insurance channel).Candidates from insurance and banking sectors preferred.Insurance or BFSI experience is mandatory.Graduation is compulsory.Should have a good track record and stable career history.Skills Required
