Bakery Chef

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Bakery chef who has atleast 3 years of experience, cares about good food as much as good vibes and can bring consistency, creativity, and discipline to the kitchen. Join us in a space that blends food with nature, calm, and creativity.

Location : North Goa

Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Tips

Perks : Stay + Meals provided

Joining : Immediate preferred

Preference : Candidates from Goa or open to relocation

Key Responsibilities

Bake artisan breads (focaccia, brioche, multigrain, etc.)

Create pastries, cakes, tarts, and desserts from scratch

Manage fermentation, proofing, and daily baking schedules

Oversee mise en place and stock control

Maintain hygiene, quality, and consistency

Requirements

Atleast 3 years of proven experience in pastry / bakery kitchens

Strong foundation in fundamentals; ability to work independently

Attention to detail and consistency in output

Willingness to commit full-time and live on-site

Based in Goa or open to relocation
