Role & Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Engagement
- Acquire and engage clients with Assets Under Management (AUM) of INR 1 million and above using a need-based approach
- Deliver strong volume and revenue performance by targeting high-potential prospects and deepening existing client relationships
Cross-Selling & Upselling
Drive product penetration by offering a full suite of DBS products and services across banking, investments, and insuranceIdentify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to enhance client value and meet individual financial goalsCustomer Relationship Management
Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized financial solutionsBuild long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs, financial behaviors, and preferencesInternal Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams including Service, Distribution, and Product to ensure smooth service delivery and product fulfillmentResolve client issues and ensure a seamless banking experience through efficient stakeholder coordinationSkills Required
