Assistant Manager Debt Management Services Settlement and Waiver Unit

Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities

ХTo achieve collection targets of the region assigned ensuring meeting PL ROLL BACK Targets / PSBL collection target meeting the Target on Cost of Collections.

ХControl delinquency and focus on WRITE - OFF.

ХEnsuring documented feedback.

ХEnsuring legal tools of 138 / arbitration summons warrants are executed along with legal team.

ХEnsuring audit queries are complied with.

ХEnsuring adequate УFeet on StreetФ availability region-wise / bucket-wise / segment-wise.

ХManage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for Collection Officers / Agencies / DMAs monitoring performance against set parameters and Weekly review with the collection executives.

ХEnsuring background and reference check of agencies / DMAs being appointed.

ХConstant evaluation of DMAs and agencies.

ХIdentify and manage training needs for the CEs.

ХSupport collection officers in legal / police issues.

ХEnsuring CHAMPION CHAMPION collection is driven successfully in the field.

ХVisit Random customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

ХGraduation with 7 to 8 years and MBA with 3 years of relevant experience.

ХPeople Management skills.

ХDemonstrated success & achievement orientation.

ХExcellent communication skills.

ХNegotiation Skills

ХStrong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.

ХDemonstrated ability to lead from the front.

ХExcellent relationship skills.

ХAffirmative in nature Strong Leadership Skills Clarity of thought and perseverance..

ХExceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter.

Working knowledge of computers.
