We're seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. You'll play a crucial role in building and scaling the server-side architecture of ARBEIT AI, working on cutting-edge AI-powered hiring and workforce management solutions. Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• ⁠ ⁠Build and optimize database schemas and queries in MongoDB for high-performance applications
• ⁠ ⁠Integrate AI / ML models and third-party services into the backend infrastructure
• ⁠ ⁠Implement robust authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• ⁠ ⁠Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with frontend applications
• ⁠ ⁠Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with frontend developers, AI engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features
• ⁠ ⁠Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct code reviews
• ⁠ ⁠Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making
