Role Description
We are seeking a curious Research Intern in Psychology to help turn behavioral insights into practical learning solutions that power high impact work at The OLL. If you thrive on asking why, how and what next - and love shaping ideas into outcomes - you'll fit right in.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research across psychology, learning sciences, and organizational behavior.
- Interview experts from academia and industry to extract insights and trends.
- Assist in building evidence-based learning tools, assessments, and content frameworks.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support thought leadership and innovation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, Tech, and leadership) to translate research into practical learning solutions.
- Contribute to white papers, blogs, and research reports that shape the future of work and learning.
- Support ongoing studies on human behavior, motivation, leadership, and learning experience design.
Requirements
