DevOps Manager

Job Description :

We're looking for a DevOps Manager to join our team. Someone who has :

• At least 6 years of strong individual contributor experience as a devops / service / build-and-release engineer.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Linux, Jenkins, Nginx and Networking.
• Extensive experience running applications and systems in Amazon Cloud environment.
• Must have worked with EC2, S3, IAM, Cloudwatch, ELB, Route53 and SNS.
• Strong Scripting skill in one or more of Perl, Python or bash / shell.
• Must have strong experience of working with clusters, storage, backups, database management, monitoring tools and disaster recovery.
• Lead and mentor the :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles.
• Proven experience with multiple cloud providers, such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.
• Solid knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration systems.
• Demonstrated ability to scale systems by at least an order of magnitude.
• Expertise in automating large-scale systems.
• Strong understanding of networking, distributed systems, and cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Proficient in at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby, Go, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols, standards, and best practices.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
