As we expand our footprint in the US market, we are looking for a highly driven Field Marketing Manager to accelerate brand presence, demand generation, and customer engagement across key regions.
Role Overview :
The Field Marketing Manager (US Market) will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing regional marketing programs that drive awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement for MergerWare. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer successensuring the right programs, events, and campaigns reach the right audience at the right time.
You will work closely with the US sales team and global marketing leadership to deliver high-impact field initiatives including events, webinars, ABM motions, partner activations, customer roundtables, and thought-leadership engagements.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Field & Regional Marketing :
- Develop and execute a field marketing strategy tailored to the US market for the M&A, Corp Dev, and PE / VC segments.
- Drive brand awareness through targeted regional programs, conferences, networking events, and roadshows.
- Plan and manage field events : workshops, breakfasts / dinners, customer roundtables, and sponsored industry conferences.
2. Demand Generation & Pipeline Support :
Build and manage campaigns that support pipeline creation and deal acceleration for the US sales team.Localize messaging and content to resonate with US M&A practitioners and decision-makers.Partner with Sales to identify high-value accounts and implement ABM programs.3. Event Management :
Identify key US events relevant to M&A, private equity, corporate development, and technology.Manage end-to-end logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.Create pre-, during-, and post-event engagement workflows to maximize ROI.4. Content & Thought Leadership Support :
Collaborate with product marketing to create region-specific collateral, case studies, and thought leadership.Support podcasts, webinars, and digital campaigns tailored to the US audience.Drive engagement across LinkedIn, newsletters, and partner channels.5. Partner and Ecosystem Marketing :
Work with US-based consulting firms, advisors, and M&A associations on joint marketing initiatives.Support channel and partnership marketing activities to expand MergerWares market reach.Analytics & Reporting :
Track performance metrics including leads, event ROI, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.Optimize programs using data-driven insights and weekly feedback loops with Sales.Qualifications Required :
3-9 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B SaaS marketing.Background in enterprise SaaS or software marketing (M&A, private equity, corporate finance, or workflow platforms preferred).Proven experience supporting US field sales teams.Strong project management and event execution skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Experience marketing to Corporate Development, M&A, Private Equity, or Management Consulting audiences.Ability to understand and communicate value propositions for complex enterprise solutions.Knowledge of ABM strategies and tools (Demandbase, 6sense, etc.).Experience in a high-growth startup environment.What We Offer :
