We are now looking for a strategic and visionary Head of Marketing to scale our brand, drive demand, and build a high-performance growth engine.
Role Overview
- The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing the full-funnel marketing strategy across brand, digital, acquisition, retention, and product marketing.
- This is a leadership position with full ownership of marketing ROI, team development, and long-term brand positioning in the EdTech ecosystem.
Note : ESOPs are limited, but the role offers strong ownership, autonomy, and senior-level influence on company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Develop a comprehensive brand & growth strategy for the 1 : 1 live classes vertical.Own marketing OKRs, annual planning, and budget allocation.Work closely with the CEO / founders on company-wide direction and GTM initiatives.2. Demand Generation & Growth
Design and execute data-driven acquisition campaigns across performance channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, Influencers).Build scalable lead-generation funnels that improve CPA and conversion rates.Drive retention & lifecycle marketing (email, WhatsApp, push, CRM automation).3. Brand & Communication
Build the company's brand narrative, messaging, and positioning in the EdTech space.Lead creative teams to deliver high-quality ads, landing pages, and content that drives trust and differentiation.Create strong digital presence across all major platforms.4. Product & Customer Insights
Collaborate with product and academic teams to shape offerings based on student / parent insights.Use analytics to study customer behavior, drop-offs, LTV, and engagement metrics.5. Team Building & Leadership
Recruit, mentor, and lead a multi-functional marketing team.Build SOPs, dashboards, processes, and performance frameworks.Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and rapid & Qualifications7-15 years of experience in Marketing / Growth, ideally in EdTech, consumer internet, D2C, or tech-first companies.Proven track record of scaling revenue through digital marketing and brand strategy.Strong analytical mindset : experience with GA4, CRM tools, attribution, and funnel optimization.Experience managing budgets, agencies, and high-performance teams.Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.Passion for education and student outcomes.What We Offer
