Customer Support Executive (Night Shift) – Kolkata

  • Location : Kolkata
  • Experience : 0–4+ Years
  • Salary : ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent customer support through calls, emails, or chat
  • Maintain accurate records and process information efficiently
  • Resolve queries with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and deadlines

    • Requirements :

  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Willingness to work in night shifts
  • 0–4 years of experience ( FRESHER welcome)
