• Graduate / Diploma with 1.5+ years experience
• Completed 2–4 residential modular projects
• Skilled in AutoCAD, PPT, BoQ, design tools & presentations
• Expertise in conceptual, technical, and modular design
• Strong sales, project coordination, and communication skills
