About the Role

V Group is expanding its public-sector staffing operations, and we're looking for a dynamic US Staffing Trainer to empower our recruitment teams.

As a Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in building recruiter capability across State client programs, ensuring process excellence, compliance, and performance consistency.

What You'll Do

Lead onboarding and process training for new recruiters specializing in State and Federal client hiring.

Design and deliver training modules on :

• US Staffing Lifecycle for State contracts (Contract, C2C, W2).
• Understanding RFPs, RFQs, and SOW-based hiring.
• VMS / MSP tools like Beeline, VectorVMS, Simplify, Fieldglass, PeopleFluent, Vndly.
• Compliance processes (E-Verify, Background Checks, NDAs, etc.).
• US Tax Terms & Visa Types – W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD.

Conduct refresher sessions on compliance, communication, and client-specific processes.

Mentor recruiters to improve submission-to-interview and interview-to-hire ratios.

Standardize State client hiring processes and align them with client SLAs.

Collaborate with Delivery & Account Managers to ensure training drives measurable results.

Track performance metrics and create data-driven reports to measure progress.
