Associate Marketing Director

Position : Deputy General Manager : Marketing

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives across all channels
• Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
• Oversee a large advertising budget (₹ 3–4 Cr+ per year) and ensure efficient allocation
• Build, manage, and scale the marketing team to support our growth ambitions

Who We’re Looking For :

7–12+ years of experience in growth marketing and leadership

Strong track record in managing large marketing budgets

Strategic thinker who is also hands-on

Analytical mindset, with a focus on measurement and continuous improvement

Experience in ed-tech, B2B, or real estate marketing is a strong plus

Someone who is proficient in Malayalam, with the ability to converse fluently.

Annual Package :

₹ 18 lakhs - 24 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualification.
