Expertise in Leadership hiring. Run the entire playbook of leadership hiring – from hunting to closing.

Responsibilities

  • Build & nurture powerful networks of senior talent in consumer tech.
  • Partner directly with the CEO & CXOs to spot leadership gaps and close them fast.
  • Use multiple channels – networks, referrals, head-hunters, and AI-driven tools – to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand.
  • Track what works, kill what doesn’t, and deliver outcomes, not excuses.

Qualifications

  • Leadership hiring specialist with 6–8 years of solid experience.
  • Stable career track – at least one 3–4-year stint.
  • Deeply networked in the consumer tech / start-up ecosystem.

    • Required Skills

  • A storyteller & influencer who can hold their own in solid conversations.
  • Hustle-first, outcome-obsessed, and execution-driven.
  • Exp in a product based firm.
