Bachelor’s & Master Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related disciplineExperience : 10+ years’ experience in handling multiple RETAIL projects and should have widedesign and detail knowledge.Job Description : ∙Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on clientneeds.∙Have experience in Interior Fit-out Designing∙Meets with clients to program the project requirements.∙Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.∙Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Mood board)∙Technical design (Material knowledge, BOM, Execution and DrawingPreparation)∙Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, moduleplanning)∙Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)∙Holds project expertise in Creating BOQ for customers, Coordinating withinternal & external agencies.∙Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch,Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.∙Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics,Crisp & meaningful communication.∙Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance amongindependent team membersQualifications : ∙Bachelor’s & Master Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline∙10+ years’ experience in handling multiple RETAIL projects and should have widedesign and detail knowledge.∙Experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, furniture and mixed use preferredwith portfolio∙Project management experience and should creative, imaginative and artistic.∙Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.∙In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes.∙Proficiency in AutoCAD, photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3dx Max or similardesign software.∙Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning∙Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials
