We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in Human Resources, possess creative thinking for employee engagement activities, and demonstrate excellent multitasking and communication skills. This role will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, coordination, data management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Contribute creative ideas for employee engagement activities and assist in executing them effectively.
- Support in preparing and maintaining HR reports, MIS, and documentation .
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Work on MS Office tools , especially Excel , for data analysis, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Help in drafting job descriptions, posting on job portals, and maintaining applicant records.
- Handle multiple HR tasks efficiently and meet timelines.
- Provide assistance in onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Desired Skills and Qualifications :
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 prior internships in the HR domain preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
- Proficient in MS Office , particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to multitask , stay organized, and manage time effectively.
- Creative mindset with an interest in people engagement initiatives .
