Position Overview :

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Operations and Maintenance Engineer to lead operations at our solar power plant. In this role, you’ll take charge of daily maintenance activities, drive performance targets, and ensure the smooth functioning of all equipment. Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at the plant site.
• Monitor plant performance and ensure energy generation meets set targets.
• Lead a team of technicians for troubleshooting, maintenance, and routine inspections.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all systems and equipment function optimally.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, faults, spares usage, and performance data.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry guidelines.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for specialized services or component replacements.

Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and electrical wiring Experience in plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting Ability to lead and manage technician teams Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance Attention to detail and commitment to quality control Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Maps, Internet use) Good communication skills (English & Hindi) Ability to travel frequently and work independently
