Role Summary :

Terracegate is seeking a well-rounded professional to oversee client relationships and global operations for one of our Family Office clients. The role requires a mix of client engagement, project management, operational oversight, and cross-border coordination. This individual will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving execution across key business, investment, and operational initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, legal and deal teams, and investors across multiple geographies to ensure smooth delivery, compliance, and communication. This is a client-facing, execution-driven role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on operational management.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship & Communication

  • Serve as the primary client contact for global operations, investments, and reporting.
  • Build and manage relationships with family principals, investors, and partners across regions.
  • Support investor relations through preparation of investor communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with clients and external advisors (legal, tax, and compliance) to ensure timely deliverables and clear communication.

Project & Operations Management

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across accounting, legal, tax, and investment functions.
  • Manage global deal flow, SPV operations, and transaction onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership on capital raising activities, investment due diligence, and operational setup.
  • Drive the implementation of systems and processes to improve scalability, compliance, and reporting efficiency.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.

    • Strategic & Business Initiatives

  • Partner with founders to execute high-priority strategic initiatives across client service, technology, and business development.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, services, or operational improvements.
  • Support cross-border coordination between India, Hong Kong, London, and other jurisdictions.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and assist in drafting client presentations, reports, and business proposals.

    • Technology & Process Enablement

  • Oversee adoption of digital tools—CRM, project management platforms, dashboards, and automation workflows.
  • Lead system improvement initiatives to enhance visibility, collaboration, and reporting.
  • Leverage data to provide insights for operational and financial decision-making.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 6–8 years of experience in project management, client service, or operations within consulting, finance, or family office environments.
  • Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders and working in a client-facing capacity.
  • Strong understanding of private equity, real estate, or investment operations preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
