OBJECTIVE :
To develop and strengthen client relationship in Industrials sector. Responsible for origination, co-ordination and execution of various types of Investment Banking deals.
ELIGIBILITY :
Years of Experience : 8-15 years
Educational Qualification : MBA from a premier institute or CA (1st Attempt)
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :
- Manage client relationships along with the seniors, assisting in identification of business opportunities
- Ensure effective execution of deals. Brainstorm innovative ideas, solutions and proposals within the team
- Responsible for tracking sectors and companies
- Display Market Intelligence of Industrials sector. Keep up to date and abreast with trends and deals in the Sector. Ability to showcase sector know-how and propose creative alternatives to clients.
- Manage team results and performs a wide range of tasks, including reviewing financial models, developing presentations and supporting due diligence and marketing efforts. Internally coordinates with teams to execute deals.
