Key Responsibilities- Identify and bid on relevant UI / UX and Web Development projects on Upwork.- Write compelling and customized proposals to increase win rates.- Communicated with potential clients, understood their requirements, and set up meetings.- Maintain a high response rate and engagement with leads.- Track and manage leads using a CRM system.- Collaborate with the internal design and development teams to ensure alignment on client needs.Requirements- Experience : 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, Upwork bidding, or sales in the IT services domain.- Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of UI / UX design and web development services.- Proposal Writing Skills : Ability to craft persuasive, well-structured proposals.- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication in English.- Negotiation Skills : Ability to handle client objections and close deals.- Tools Knowledge : Familiarity with Upwork, CRM tools, and lead tracking software.
