Field Service Engineer

Role & Responsibilities :

• On-Site Maintenance and Repairs :
• Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on oil and gas equipment including fuel dispensers at retail outstations like petrol pumps to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting :
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during equipment operation using deep knowledge of systems and processes.
• Installation and Commissioning :
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment ensuring compliance with guidelines and safety standards.
• Customer Support :
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, address concerns, and offer solutions to maximize operational efficiency and safety.
• Safety Compliance :
• Adhere to industry safety standards and regulations; identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
• Documentation and Reporting :
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and modifications; provide reports to supervisors or management.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing :
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Identify and propose improvements in maintenance processes and service delivery to management.
• Field Operations Coordination :
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers to prioritize tasks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Adherence to Company Policies :
• Follow company protocols related to quality control, health, safety, and environmental protection to maintain operational standards and reputation.
