About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers onto our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, and then use your expertise to bring their deal structures onto our platform. Your attention to detail and ability to problem-solve independently will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or company secretarial services, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively articulate complex information to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and validate client data
• Identify and flag any inconsistencies or errors
