Build Scalable Systems That Power AI Products

Are you a backend engineer who thrives on building APIs that scale and perform? Do you want to contribute to products that integrate with OpenAI technologies, without getting lost in corporate bureaucracy? This role gives you the chance to own meaningful systems in a fast-growing team.

100% Remote (Must be able to work 8hours of CST)

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain backend services in Python + Flask.
  • Lead integrations with APIs (including OpenAI).
  • Collaborate closely with frontend and product teammates to deliver end-to-end functionality.
  • Ensure backend systems are secure, reliable, and efficient.

What Makes You a Fit

  • 3–5 years of professional backend development experience.
  • Proven ability to design and ship production APIs.
  • Clear communicator who can explain technical choices with ease.
  • Team-first, collaborative, and focused on solutions.

    • Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with React.js to better align with the team.
  • Experience deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

    • Perks & Compensation :

  • $2,000–$2,200 / month (slight flex for top candidates).
