Address queries and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle. Project Planning Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables of Shopify Website Projects. Create structured plans and track milestones to ensure timely progress. Internal Team Coordination Bridge communication between design, development, and marketing teams. Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and resolve inter-departmental issues. Requirement Discussion & Documentation Gather client requirements through meetings and discussions. Prepare clear and detailed requirement documents for internal and client reference. Project Status Reporting Prepare and maintain project progress reports. Share updates with stakeholders and highlight risks or delays. Regular Client Updates Provide clients with weekly or milestone-based updates of Shopify websites projects. Ensure transparency in project progress and next steps. Timely Project Delivery Monitor deadlines and ensure all deliverables are submitted as per schedule. Take proactive measures to avoid delays. End-to-End Coordination Manage the entire project cycle from initiation to closure. Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal output. Qualifications : 2–3 years of experience in client servicing or project coordination. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in handling website development projects. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good problem-solving and team coordination abilities. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
