Job Description : We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Support / Network Engineer Intern to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in network troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
Monitor network performance and report any issues to the IT team.
Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person.
Assist in setting up and configuring network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Support hardware and software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
Maintain documentation related to network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with senior engineers on projects related to network security and optimization.
Learn and apply best practices in IT support and network management.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree / diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).

Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute, etc.).

Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+ (preferred but not required).
