Job descriptionSource qualified IT professionals using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases. Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, and screen candidates for both technical and cultural fit. Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates on communication skills, experience, availability, and rate / salary expectations. Submit qualified candidates to clients or account managers in a timely manner. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and track feedback. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent across technologies. Maintain candidate records and activity updates using ATS / CRM tools. Develop an understanding of various IT technologies and market trends. Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process. Maintain compliance with client requirements and US labor regulations. 6 months to 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment. Comfortable working in Night Shifts - Noida Sector 62. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred : BCA, B.Tech, MCA, BE ). Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, TN, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Basic knowledge of common IT roles : Java Developer, QA Analyst, Data Analyst, Network Engineer, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple open requirements. Experience using ATS systems, MS Office, and email tools.
