Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead - Frontend with 6 to 9 years of experience in frontend development to join our team in Bangalore.

This is a pivotal role dedicated to ensuring our rapidly expanding consumer applications deliver seamless and high-quality user experiences.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in boosting innovation, accelerating feature rollouts, and constructing a strong, scalable frontend architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive the evolution of the frontend architecture for high-performing, scalable web applications, ensuring they can support a large and rapidly growing user base.
• Act as a hands-on leader, mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level engineers on best practices, code excellence, and modern frontend development principles.
• Partner with design, backend, and product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful features that boost user experience and growth.
• Design and implement high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and lead technical discussions to ensure consistency and quality across the team.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks, and evaluate their potential application to improve our products.
