Lead Product Designer – Product Thinking & Strategy

Job descriptionPartner with product managers to co-create product roadmaps. Translate strategic goals into design initiatives. Develop frameworks that balance business impact with user needs. Facilitate workshops and design sprints to align teams. Deliver designs that are scalable, measurable, and aligned with product vision. Mentor designers on product sense and business alignment. 5–7 years of product design experience in consumer-facing products. Strong product sense with ability to influence strategy through design. Experience working at the intersection of design, product, and engineering. Portfolio that demonstrates both craft and strategic problem-solving. Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills.
Location : Hybrid
