With a steady flow of inbound leads from our website, we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Representative / Account Manager to engage prospects, understand their needs, and convert leads into satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct discovery calls and qualification meetings with leads
- Present company capabilities and services through pitch decks and customized presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects, define deliverables, and prepare proposals
- Manage the proposal process end-to-end, including pricing and timeline discussions
- Serve as the main point of contact for leads and clients during the pre-sales process
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads in the sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Provide light account management support as deals transition into active projects
Required Qualifications :
Experience working with or selling for a web design or digital marketing agencyStrong understanding of WordPress and open-source web technologiesExperience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)Skilled in preparing and presenting pitch decks to prospective clientsFamiliarity with project scoping and budgetingProven experience in preparing professional, customized proposalsSolid account management and client communication skills
