Job Summary :

Frutta is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Key Account Manager / Client Relationship specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage key client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction across Corporate Client segment. You will be responsible for developing strong partnerships, maximizing revenue potential, and providing tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities :

Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with high-value B2B clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

Conduct regular meetings with clients & regular visit to client’s place to understand their concerns, propose tailored product solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product, to ensure seamless service delivery and effective problem-solving for clients.

Obtain references from existing clients, cross-sell, upsell, and ensure client retention by maintaining regular contact and providing excellent services.

Drive customer loyalty by offering exceptional service and proactively addressing client concerns and requirements.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Hotel mangement or any relevant fields.

2+ years of proven experience in relevant field or client handling experience.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple key accounts.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in any CRM software.

Familiarity with the Bangalore market and B2B client landscape.

Experience working with food industry will be preferred.
