Position Brief :
Position Title : Senior Recruiter and Lead Recruiter
Job location : Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Job Timing : 09 : 00 AM EST to 06 : 00 PM EST
Core Responsibilities :
Act as a Recruitment Manager for assigned clients for the recruitment and consulting needs.
Maintain an environment that ensures efforts and resources are focused on those activities that yield the greatest results for the organization.
Enhance consultant relationship.
Assess situations and develop effective recruiting strategies and plans to ensure that recruiting deliverables support client’s needs.
Monitor and ensure recruiting database for sourcing and tracking candidates.
Manage the recruiting and selection process, including position descriptions, understanding clients’ needs and the criteria, skills and standards needed.
Provide guidelines and instructions on interview process and best practices with appropriate personnel, both internally and with the client.
Allocation of requirements to team members.
Ensure internal SLA for submission is met.
Arrange for client interviews and possible offer of employment.
Hiring for internal staff, building the core team to work on the professional services.
Self-Training followed by imparting training to team on different aspects also assist in preparation and execution of internal training plans.
Looking after MSA / NDA agreements.
Vendor Management and relationship.
Consultant Relationship.
Prepare and submit weekly / monthly reports on consulting operations.
Recruit, source, screen candidates, and schedule interviews when needed, on open requisitions / positions.
Coordination In :
Training co-ordination – Recruitment, Technical, Team building, etc.
Client Coordination including submissions, interviews, confirmation etc.
Assist in performance evaluations.
Coordinate onboarding procedures after candidate selection in terms of Contract, legal / other documents etc.
Individual contribution :
Handling ends to end US Recruitment, Full Time positions, Contract Staffing, Contract-to-Hire Positions with a proven track record.
Working on Job Portals integrated with ATS to get the right profiles matchingthe requirements at the shortest possible time.
Working with direct clients, understanding the Job Requirement, quickly source and select the best Consultant, negotiate rates, get the feedback, schedule interviews etc.
Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
Create a pipeline of qualified technical resources. Create and Maintain candidate tracking.
