We are hiring a Sales Leader for our Singapore office. We’re specifically looking for someone with experience in the commercial real estate or flexible workspaces industry . Experience in the APAC or ASEAN market is a plus, but not mandatory.
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about Sales and thrives in a dynamic, fast growing startup environment.
For candidates based in India, we are able to sponsor the required Singapore work visa , provided all eligibility criteria are met.
Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of sales experience within Commercial Real Estate or Workspace / Flex Space industry, preferably with IPCs.
Strong ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and enterprise decision-makers.
Proven track record of taking the sales cycle end to end, from strategy and pipeline building to negotiation and closure.
Ability to clearly articulate value propositions, competitive differentiators, and product positioning.
Demonstrated experience leading teams, especially in fast scaling environments and overseeing beyond sales as well.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup with the ability to build processes from the ground up.
