JOB OPENING – TECHNICAL MANAGER (ARCHITECTURE)

Sinclus is seeking an experienced Technical Manager for one of its clients — a reputed Construction company engaged in High Rise Building projects in the UAE.

Requirements :

Degree in Architecture (mandatory)

10–15 years of UAE experience in Building Construction projects is MANDATORY

Proven expertise in Architectural design coordination and technical documentation

Strong understanding of UAE building codes, authorities’ regulations, and approval processes

Hands-on experience managing design consultants, contractors, and clients

Excellent leadership, coordination, and project execution skills
