Key Responsibilities :
- Handle the day-to-day accounting function and ensure closing of books in time bound manner on periodic basis including periodic bank reconciliation, provisions / accruals, ledger scrutiny, vendor & employee payments, GST Invoicing etc.
- Statutory compliance e.G. timely payment of TDS, Prof tax, PF, etc. and periodic return filing. Preparation of data for filing GST & TDS returns and payment on a timely basis.
- Handle Tax audits & Tax assessments
- Assist in the preparation of monthly / quarterly financial results for Management review.
- Responsible for adherence to financial & accounting policies and operating procedures framed by the company.
To assist Manager F&A in timely closure of all audits e.G. Statutory, Internal and Tax audits
Timely booking & payments to Vendor.TDS reconciliation with 26 AS.Maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with team members and others by demonstrating productivity, initiative, flexibility, cooperation, and commitment to the success of F&A team.Lead Automation initiative in Accounts dept.Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field3-6 yrs of experience in accounting and FinanceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in ExcelStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important.Experience managing Accounts and financial reporting
