Job descriptionCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions. Analyze complex datasets and provide meaningful insights to support business strategies. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across BI reports. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools and data pipelines. Stay updated with the latest BI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve 4 - 8 years of experience in BI development with strong expertise in Power BI and Tableau. Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of DAX, SQL, or other BI-related programming languages is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud BI services. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R for data analysis. Exposure to big data technologies or real-time analytics is a bonus. Work fully remotely with flexible hours.
