Customer Support Executive (Email, WhatsApp & Voice)

Location : Thrissur, Kerala

About the Role :

We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who can deliver exceptional service across Email, WhatsApp, and Voice . You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers helping them with orders, queries, and recommendations while maintaining the premium experience that defines Linen Trail.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily customer communication across Email, WhatsApp, and voice calls.
  • Resolve order-related queries, exchange / refund requests, and shipping updates.
  • Drive conversions by helping customers make confident purchase decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth post-purchase experiences.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and daily logs of interactions.

Requirements :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and Malayalam preferred).
  • Strong customer empathy and problem-solving attitude.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or D2C brand support preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Business, Shopify, Zoho or similar CRMs is a plus.
  • Compensation :

    💼 CTC : ₹3,00,000 per annum

    🎯 Incentives : Performance-based variable pay linked to conversion and satisfaction metrics
