Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Sheet Metal and Surface components using Creo software, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and structural integrity.

Create and manage 3D models, 2D drawings, and large assemblies in compliance with engineering standards.

Work on weldments, machining processes, and fabrication-oriented design .

Perform GD&T application and tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure robust and reliable designs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain) to deliver projects within timelines.

Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and mechanical calculations for strength, durability, and performance.

Provide innovative design solutions to improve product efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Stay updated on the latest developments in heavy engineering, earthmoving, and construction equipment design .
