Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Functional Lead to join our team for a support project. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) modules, with proven integration experience with Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).

Experience in SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud will be considered a strong advantage. The role requires a blend of deep functional knowledge, leadership capabilities, and team management skills. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing SAP support operations, managing functional consultants, and ensuring system stability and process efficiency across the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert-level support and configuration in SAP MM and EWM modules.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests in line with business priorities.
• Ensure effective integration between MM / EWM and PP / QM modules for seamless end-to-end operations.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of SAP functional consultants in daily support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable SAP solutions.
• Act as the primary escalation point for SAP functional issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and improve support quality.
• Manage change management and configuration adjustments to support evolving business needs.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational support standards.
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation within SAP modules.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and technical teams for smooth operations.
• Participate in SAP rollout, migration, and enhancement projects, with focus on support stability and optimization.
