Key Responsibilities :
Assess the learning needs and abilities of individuals in the vocational rehabilitation program.
Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to vocational goals.
Teach functional academics, life skills, and pre-vocational skills.
Use adaptive teaching methods and tools to suit different learning styles and abilities.
Collaborate with vocational trainers, therapists, psychologists, and social workers.
Monitor progress and update goals based on performance and feedback.
Provide guidance on work behaviors, time management, and social skills for the workplace.
Maintain documentation of educational plans, progress, and reports.
Support transition planning for participants moving into jobs or further training.
Educate families and caregivers on how to support learning and independence at home.
