Software Development Engineer II - Full Stack Technologies

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications.
• Develop and implement intuitive user-facing features and backend logic using modern frameworks.
• Ensure seamless end-to-end integration between frontend, backend, and external systems.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of all components across the tech stack.
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and sales teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Contribute to product roadmap, technical architecture, and long-term strategy in collaboration with the founding team.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve development efficiency and product Qualifications :
• 35 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Proficient in JavaScript (React / Next.js, Node.js) and either Java or Python for backend services.
• Experience deploying and scaling services on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Solid exposure to RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Product-first mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous startup environments.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and communication Qualifications (Nice to Have) :
• Experience as an early team member or ex-founding engineer at a startup.
• Familiarity with AI / ML pipelines, recommendation engines, or ecommerce tech stacks.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech initiatives.
