Roles and Responsibilities : Lead small to mid-scale Salesforce implementations independently from discovery through deployment Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and map business processes Design and configure Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agent force Configure core Salesforce functionality including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and automation Set up security models including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets Build and customize reports, dashboards, and list views to meet client requirements Configure integrations with email platforms and other business systems Deliver solution demonstrations, conduct user acceptance testing, and provide end-user training Serve as primary client contact throughout implementation lifecycle Document solutions and provide knowledge
