Position : Procurement Executive

Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities

• Source products and services as per operational and project requirements.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure the best quality and cost efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and build long-term partnerships.
• Oversee the complete purchasing cycle, including order processing, delivery, and logistics coordination.
• Ensure timely vendor payments in coordination with the finance department.
• Periodically evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and compliance standards.
• Maintain proper procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare procurement reports and present them to management.
