Job descriptionPlan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta and Google. Achieve and maintain a 5–6x ROI / ROAS. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals. Oversee creative testing, ad copy performance, and funnel optimization. Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (D2C / eCommerce preferred) Proven record of delivering 5–6x ROI / ROAS Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ad Strong understanding of ad content and copywriting principles Prior experience in team leadership Managed Ads Budget = min 2 lacs / month Monday to Saturday (6Days) - 10AM to 7PM

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Experience : 2–5 years
