Job descriptionPrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B). Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and filing . Maintain compliance-related documents and ensure timely submissions. Handle commission claims from universities and partner agents. Track receivables and follow up on pending payouts. Maintain accurate commission records and coordinate with counseling teams. Ensure timely payments for : Property tax Electricity bills Internet & Wi-Fi services Office rent, water, and AMC services Maintain proper documentation of all vendor invoices and receipts. Keep track of office stationery, marketing materials, brochures, forms, etc. Coordinate replenishment and maintain inventory logs. Monitor stock flow across branches if required. Assist with HR-related finance tasks (salary preparation, reimbursements). Support audit activities and provide necessary documentation. Handle petty cash and maintain proper expense records. Mandatory : Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP . Good understanding of GST & TDS procedures and filings. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in service industry). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong communication, accuracy, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently with responsibility. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in financial matters. Ability to coordinate with multiple branches and management. As per industry standards & candidate experience (negotiable).

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive for our Head Office. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally , strong knowledge of GST & TDS filing , and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks, including commission claims , vendor payments , and branch expense tracking .
Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (mandatory) .
- Manage cash, receipts, bank transactions, and reconciliation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
2. GST, TDS & Compliance
3. Commission & Payout Management
4. Vendor & Operational Payments
5. Inventory & Stock Management
6. General Administrative Support
